Is it permissible for one who has appointed a proxy to perform the stoning on his behalf to depart before the stoning?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A questioner says: A weak woman appointed someone to perform the stoning on her behalf during Hajj. Is she permitted to leave Mecca on the morning of the last day of the Days of Tashreeq before the time for the stoning?

Answer:
No, the one who appointed the proxy is not permitted to depart until he performs the Farewell Tawaf after the stoning. If his proxy stones the final pillar on the twelfth or thirteenth day, he performs the Farewell Tawaf after that. He is not permitted to depart until he performs the Farewell Tawaf after his proxy has stoned the pillars.
If the pilgrim is ill or unable to perform the stoning, he appoints a proxy, but he does not travel until he performs the Farewell Tawaf after his proxy has stoned all the pillars.
Q: Is she permitted to leave Mina before the time for the stoning to go to Mecca?
The Shaykh: The one who is unable is permitted to leave, but she is not permitted to leave until the proxy has performed the stoning. She is permitted to leave in the morning before noon; because she does not stone with her own hand, but her proxy does, or the old woman, or the elderly man likewise. But he is not permitted to bid farewell until the proxy comes and says: I have stoned.
