Is it permissible to delegate the stoning of the pillars and then travel before the time of stoning?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 6904 )
Q1: We ask your eminence to issue a ruling on the case of a person who stoned the pillars on the second day of the days of Tashreeq, then descended immediately, performed the farewell tawaf, and then returned to Mina with the intention of departing, but found that some of his companions had gone missing, so he spent the night in Mina on the night of the third day of the days of Tashreeq. On the third day, he descended and performed the farewell tawaf a second time because of his staying overnight in Mina, but he did not stone the pillars that day. After the second farewell tawaf, he departed to his country. What is required of him, may Allah preserve you? And if a sacrificial animal is required of him, where should he offer it?
A1: As long as he returned to it after he had left Mina on the twelfth day before the setting of the sun with the intention of departing, but was compelled to stay overnight due to the loss of his companions, then nothing is required of him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
