Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He performed the rites of Hajj but left off the farewell tawaf?

Answer:
He owes a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Makkah for the poor. Whoever leaves off the farewell tawaf or any of the obligatory acts owes a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Makkah for the poor. A trustworthy person may slaughter it on his behalf.
