Leaving the Farewell Tawaf

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 17412 )
Q: May Allah (Mighty and Majestic) grant me the honor of performing Hajj to His Sacred House this year, 1414 AH. Praise be to Allah, I performed all the rituals correctly, by the grace of Allah and then by the grace of my religious companions who were present at the places of performing the rites. Then came my last day in Makkah al-Mukarramah , where I visited Egyptian pilgrims from my same hometown. Due to my commitment to a departure time with my friends, I was unable to perform the Farewell Tawaf
A : If the matter is as you described, it is obligatory for you to pay an expiation for leaving the Farewell Tawaf.
The expiation is: slaughtering a head of sheep in Makkah that is acceptable for the 'Id sacrifice, to be distributed to the poor of the Haram. If you are unable to do so, fast for ten days. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
