What is the ruling on a woman wearing gloves?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it a religious innovation for a woman to wear gloves? I ask for your guidance.

Answer:
There is nothing wrong with wearing gloves; because they cover the palms from non-mahram men, except in the state of ihram. If she is in ihram, she does not wear gloves, neither for 'Umrah nor for Hajj, until she exits her state of ihram. Similarly, she does not wear the niqab in ihram until she exits her state of ihram. However, in the state of ihram, she covers her face and her palms with something other than the niqab and gloves. She covers herself with an abaya and veils herself with something from her hijab, such as her khimar.
