How does a woman wipe her head during wudu'?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Up to what point does a woman wipe her head during wudu'?

Answer:
The man is like the woman; this is the rule: men and women are equal in rulings, except for what is specified by evidence. What is established for men is binding on women, and what is established for women is binding on men, except for what is specified by evidence and excluded by evidence.
Wudu' is the same for men and women. She washes her face and her hands up to the elbows, and wipes her entire head, from the front to the back, to the roots of the hair at the back. As for the ends of the head covering, they are not obligatory; it is only up to the back, like the man. Then she also wipes her ears; she inserts her fingers into the ear canals and wipes the outer surface of the ears with her thumbs. She washes her feet up to the ankles, just like the man.
Likewise, the ghusl from janabah is like that of the man, but she is specifically subject to menstruation and post-natal bleeding, so she must also perform the ghusl for menstruation and post-natal bleeding.
She is also subject to other rulings, as Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) clarified in inheritance: for the male, the share of two females. And in testimony, two women equal the testimony of one man. These are matters that are exceptions; otherwise, the principle is that the woman and the man are equal in rulings. What is obligatory for one is obligatory for the other, and what is obligatory for one is obligatory for the other, except for what is specified by evidence.
