What is the manner of a woman wiping her head during wudu'?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : We conclude this session with her final question: What is the manner of a woman wiping her head during wudu'?

The Shaykh : The manner in which she wipes her head during wudu' is the same as the manner of the man, meaning that she starts from the front of the head until she reaches the back, then returns to the place where she started. It should be known that the original principle is the equality of men and women in acts of worship, except where evidence indicates otherwise. Therefore, when Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, said:
Indeed, those who [falsely] accuse chaste, unaware and believing women are cursed in this world and the Hereafter; and they will have a great punishment
[An-Nur 24:23]
, this verse included both women and men, even though its wording is specifically about women. And when Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, said:
And those who accuse chaste women and then do not produce four witnesses - lash them with eighty lashes and do not accept from them testimony ever after. And those are the defiantly disobedient,
[An-Nur 24:4]
, this was general for whoever falsely accuses a man or falsely accuses a woman, even though the wording is about women.
And when Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, said:
O you who have believed, bow and prostrate and worship your Lord and do good - that you may succeed.
[Al-Hajj 22:77]
, this was general for men and women, even though the wording is about men.
So the important point is that this rule is beneficial, and it is that the original principle is the equality of men and women in the rulings of the Shari'ah, except where evidence has been established. Among the things for which evidence has been established is the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.
Sahih al-Bukhari 304
They said: O Messenger of Allah, what is the deficiency in her religion? He said:
Isn't it true that a woman does not pray and does not fast on menstruating?
Sahih al-Bukhari 1951
It was asked: And what is the deficiency in her intellect? He said:
Is not the testimony of a man equal to the testimony of two women?
.
Likewise, in the 'aqiqah, there are two sheep for a male child and one sheep for a female child.
Likewise, in inheritance, the inheritance of children and the inheritance of siblings from the father only, the male receives the share of two females. And likewise, in the case of the parents, the mother inherits less than the father in all cases.

The questioner : May Allah reward you. May Allah thank you, O honorable Shaykh, and may He bless you and your knowledge, and benefit Islam and the Muslims through you.
O dear brothers and listeners, His Eminence Shaykh Muhammad ibn Salih al-Uthaymeen, professor at the College of Sharia and Principles of Religion in Qassim, and preacher and imam of the Grand Mosque in the city of Unaizah, has answered your questions.
May Allah thank his eminence for what he clarified for us in this session.
