The ruling on what a father gifts to one of his children during his lifetime, excluding the rest

Question:
This is a questioner from the Arab Republic of Egypt, who sent this question saying: “Your Eminence, I have a question and I ask Allah that you issue a ruling for me. The question is: We are a family of eight people: five sons and three daughters. When the father was still alive, he gathered his sons and agreed with them to give me the agricultural land, and my brothers agreed unanimously. After a few months, the father passed away, and according to the prior agreement with the father, my brothers wrote a written waiver granting me the land, and this was done without consulting my sisters.
The question, Your Eminence: Is my brothers’ waiver of their rights in the land in this case valid? Knowing that I will give my sisters their rights if they request them, or waive their rights with their consent. In this case, do the sons have a right to the land? Knowing that the waiver was with their unanimous consent.

Answer:
This matter is a dispute and a conflict in the courts. This is in the courts, and in the courts there is blessing, if Allah wills.
