The ruling on adding to the regular voluntary prayer after the Fajr adhan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener: Ahmad Haydar from Yemen says: If I enter the mosque after the Fajr adhan and pray four rak'ahs, some people tell me that this is not permissible except for two rak'ahs. Is this correct?

Answer:
Yes, if you enter, you should pray only the two rak'ahs of the Fajr sunnah, and that is sufficient. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
There is no Salat (voluntary prayer) after the break of dawn ecept the two (Sunnah) Rak'a of Fajr.لا صلاة بعد طلوع الفجر إلا ركعتي الفجر
Bulugh al-Maram 2:28
You pray the Fajr sunnah of two rak'ahs, then you sit and wait for the obligatory prayer.

The presenter: May Allah reward you.
