What are the characteristics of those who enter Paradise without being reckoned?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What are the characteristics of the seventy thousand who enter Paradise without being reckoned?

Answer:
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) clarified that they are those who are steadfast upon the religion of Allah. They are seventy thousand, and with every thousand are seventy thousand. They are the leaders of this believing community, preceding them in entering Paradise in the form of the moon on the night of the full moon. They are those who strove by the command of Allah and were steadfast upon the religion of Allah wherever they were, by performing the obligatory duties, avoiding the forbidden, and competing in good deeds.
Among their characteristics is that they: do not seek ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation), do not use cauterization, and do not take omens.
They do not seek ruqyah.لا يسترقون
Meaning: they do not seek someone to perform ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) for them,
They do not cauterize.ولا يكتوون
, and this does not mean that this is forbidden. There is no harm in seeking ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation), and there is no harm in cauterization when there is a need for them. However, among their characteristics is leaving that and being content with other means.
They do not seek ruqyah.لا يسترقون
Meaning: they do not seek someone to perform ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) for them, meaning: they do not say: "O so-and-so, perform ruqyah for us." And if the need arises, there is no harm. It does not exclude them from the seventy thousand if the need arises.
For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Aisha to seek ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) during some of her illness, and he ordered the mother of the orphans of Ja'far ibn Abi Talib to seek ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) for them, as in the authentic hadith.
And so with cauterization. Some of his Companions (peace be upon him) were cauterized, and he said:
Healing is in three things: a cauterization with fire, a cut with a cupping horn, or a drink of honey. And I do not like to be cauterized.الشفاء في ثلاثٍ: كيَّة نار، أو شرطة محجم، أو شربة عسل، وما أحبُّ أن أكتوي
, and he said:
But I forbid my followers to use (cauterization) branding with fire.أنهى أمتي عن الكي
Sahih al-Bukhari 5680
. So cauterization is the last resort in medicine. If other medicine is available, it is better. And if there is a need for it, there is no harm.
Q: If one goes to someone to have ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) performed?
A: There is no harm. If there is a need for this, there is no harm. But leaving it is better. If another means is available to him, it is better. If it is possible for him to have ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) performed without asking, or by another means from the means that benefit him, there is no harm, and it is better.
