From describing himself as a disbeliever, does he have a repentance?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says about himself: "I used to not pray, but now, praise be to Allah, I am consistent with prayer. And when my family urged me to pray, I used to say to them, as he describes himself, that he was a disbeliever. But I regretted it after Allah guided me. So do I have a repentance? Please inform me, may Allah reward you."

Answer:
Yes, every sin has a path to repentance, even major shirk. So you must repent to Allah , feel remorse for what has passed, and make a sincere resolve not to return to it. Allah accepts the repentance of whoever repents, (Glorified and Exalted is He), and praise be to Allah who has granted you the opportunity for repentance.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
