Is a camel sufficient for the 'aqiqah of one who has vowed it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I vowed to Allah the Exalted that I would perform the 'aqiqah with a camel if Allah granted me twins. Do I have to perform the 'aqiqah for them with anything else after that, since I was granted twins?

Answer:
The Sunnah is to perform the 'aqiqah for them with sheep. If not, you have made a vow, so fulfill your vow. However, the Sunnah is sheep, not a camel. For each child, two heads of sheep: a one-year-old sheep, or a two-year-old goat. This is the Sunnah. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that two sheep be sacrificed for a boy, and one sheep for a girl. If you have also vowed a she-camel to be slaughtered for Allah, then slaughter it.
Whoever vows that he will be obedient to Allah, should remain obedient to Himمن نذر أن يطيع الله فليطعه
Sahih al-Bukhari 6696
This is how the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said it.
Is the camel sufficient for the sheep?
The Shaykh: No, it is not sufficient. The Sunnah is sheep.
