What does one who suffers from incontinence do regarding what affects his garment during prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Does a man who suffers from incontinence have to take off his trousers?

Answer:
One who suffers from incontinence observes it for the time of the obligatory prayer, so he prays according to his condition. He performs wudu after the time enters and prays according to his condition. He cleans himself and prays according to his condition, even if something comes out. However, he performs wudu after the time enters, exactly like a woman with irregular bleeding. If there is impurity in his trousers, he washes it or changes them. But if the impurity occurs at the same time he is praying, there is no harm as long as he is within the time, until the time ends.
Q: On this basis, is covering the awrah prioritized over avoiding impurity?
A: Yes.
