Rulings on Involuntary Discharge

The first question of Fatwa No. ( 3942 )
Q1: I often feel drops coming from my private part during
prayer and outside of prayer, and these drops always come out while I do not know if they are impure
or not, and if they are impure, it is difficult for me to remove them, so what should I do, what is the ruling, and how can I get rid of this?

Vol. 1: All praise is due to Allah alone, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. And after: If the situation is as you described, with the frequent leakage of drops of urine from you during prayer and outside of prayer, then their leakage during the prayer does not invalidate your prayer. You must place something that prevents the urine drops from reaching the body, the garment, or the area. These drops are ritually impure, but they are excused because of the hardship and difficulty involved in removing them. Allah the Exalted said:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacityلاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلا وُسْعَهَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
, and He said:
and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficultyوَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ مِنْ حَرَجٍ
[Al-Hajj 22:78]
, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
And if I order you to do something, then do of it as much as you can.إذا أمرتكم بأمر فأتوا منه ما استطعتم
Sahih al-Bukhari 7288
. The treatment for this is to consult specialized doctors. You must perform wudu for the time of every prayer, and pray the obligatory and voluntary prayers with that state. You must beware of obsessive thoughts (waswas), for they are from the plotting of Satan. It may be imagined
to a person that something has come out of him, when in reality that is not the case. May Allah cure you from everything that befalls you. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
