What is the advice for one who does not attend the Fajr prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is your advice for those who do not attend the Fajr prayer with the congregation?

Answer:
It is obligatory for the believer, male and female, to be diligent in performing the prayer at its time and not to imitate the hypocrites. This is the state of the hypocrite:
The most burdensome prayers for the hypocrites are the 'Isha' prayer and the Fajr prayerأثقل الصلاة على المنافقين: صلاة العشاء، وصلاة الفجر
Sunan Ibn Majah 797Sahih (Darussalam)
. It is obligatory to be cautious of imitating them, and to rise for the Fajr prayer with the Muslims. His family should wake him up so that he prays with the Muslims, and it is not permissible for him to be lax in this matter.
The woman is likewise obligated to pray at its time. All of this is obligatory, among the most important matters, and it is obligatory to be cautious of imitating the hypocrites.
The one who intentionally leaves the prayer until he prays it in the Duha time is a disbeliever—we seek refuge in Allah—whoever intentionally leaves it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The covenant that distinguishes between us and them is prayer; so whoever leaves it, he has committed Kufr.العهد الذي بيننا وبينهم الصلاة، فمَن تركها فقد كفر
Sunan Ibn Majah 1079Sahih (Darussalam)
, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Between a man and disbelief and shirk (associating partners with Allah) is the abandonment of the prayer.بين الرجل وبين الكفر والشِّرك ترك الصلاة
.
So it is obligatory to be cautious of that. It is obligatory to wake him up and set the time for the hour so that he prays with the Muslims, so that he prays the prayer at its time. The woman is likewise obligated to be diligent so that she prays the prayer at its time: Fajr, and other than Fajr. We ask Allah for guidance and well-being for everyone.
