When does the restricted takbir begin for the pilgrim?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The restricted takbir for the pilgrim?

Answer:
It begins from the Zuhr prayer on the Day of Sacrifice; because he is occupied with the talbiyah. If he enters the state of ihram for Hajj, he is occupied with the talbiyah, so it is better for him to be occupied with the talbiyah. If he recites the takbir, there is nothing wrong with it. Anas said in the two Sahihs: "Some of us would recite the talbiyah and no one would rebuke him, and some would recite the takbir and no one would rebuke him," when they set out for 'Arafah with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). However, the talbiyah is more appropriate in this case; because it is the symbol of Hajj.
