What is the ruling on the collective takbir in the festival prayer, and likewise the talbiyah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence, what is the ruling on the collective takbir in the two festival prayers? And the collective talbiyah?

The Shaykh : Yes. As for the talbiyah, there is no doubt that what is prescribed is for each person to recite it for himself, because the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) mentioned that they were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and among them were those who were reciting the talbiyah, those who were saying the takbir, and those who were saying the tahlil, and they would hear one another, but they did not agree on a specific thing.
As for the collective takbir on the days of the two festivals, what appears to me from the Sunnah is that each person says the takbir for himself and they do not say it all together, because if the collective takbir had been prescribed, the Companions would have stated that explicitly and clearly. As for what came in the hadith of Umm Atiyyah
The women say the takbir with their takbir يكبر النساء بتكبيرهم
Accordingly, the apparent meaning of the Sunnah regarding the takbirs while waiting for the festival prayer is that each person says the takbir for himself.
