Advice to the da'wah workers to strive in calling people and guiding them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
It is observed that there is a scarcity of those who visit the mosques throughout the country to call people to Allah. The importance of this is not hidden, because most people do not come to such seminars; rather, they need the da'wah workers to come to them in the various mosques, as used to happen in the past. This becomes even more important in days when trials and misguidance have increased. We ask for your Eminence's comment on this matter, and may Allah reward you with the best reward?

Answer:
This is a right, and it is obligatory—as mentioned earlier—in all the mosques of the world. It is a right upon the scholars, may Allah increase them in number. It is obligatory upon them to strive in the earth and call people to Allah. People ask them in the mosques, and in places other than the mosques, in other gatherings, and in the seminars held outside the mosques. It is obligatory upon the scholars to seize the opportunity in every place to call to Allah and guide people to good, so that good may increase and evil may decrease.
This is obligatory upon everyone, as mentioned before. And it is upon those who are in charge of these affairs to strive in this matter and to exert themselves in conveying good to people in every place. We ask Allah to help us in all good.
