The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:.
My advice to you, my brother, and to those like you who see what they dislike, is that when he wakes up, he should spit dryly to his left three times, and seek refuge in Allah from Satan and from the evil of what he saw, three times. Then he should turn over to his other side. It will not harm him, and he should not tell anyone about it. This is the Sunnah. May Allah guide them all.
