The answer: Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Ma'idah: 2]. So if you are delivering food to the place of intoxicants near the restaurant, you are assisting them in sin and transgression. Therefore, it is not permissible for you to deliver food to them, nor to deliver intoxicants to them, nor to provide any assistance such as utensils, spoons, or anything else. It is not permissible for you to assist them in any way whatsoever; because Allah said: [Al-Ma'idah: 2].
It is obligatory for Muslims to cooperate in righteousness and piety, and to beware of cooperating in sin and transgression. Therefore, it is not permissible for you to give the guest who is with you, who is the customer, intoxicants, or to give him tobacco, or to give him things that assist him in this matter. Rather, you should advise him and say: "My brother, fear Allah, leave this off, this is not permissible for you, this harms you, Allah has forbidden it for you." As for assisting him with a spoon, a glass, any vessel, a mattress, a pillow, or anything else, this is not permissible. Yes.
