The ruling on praying in small mosques where Friday prayer is not performed

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
This is a letter we received from one of the brothers who did not mention his name or address. He says in his letter: We have a corner where we pray the five daily prayers because there is a call to prayer there, but Friday prayer is not established in it. What is the ruling on our prayer in it?
Answer: If the corner is like a mosque, but it is a small corner, meaning a small mosque, then prayer is performed in it if there is no mosque that suffices for it. If there is a large mosque that suffices for it, then pray with the congregation in the large mosque where there is an imam and a mu'adhdhin. If the neighborhood has only this corner, the small mosque, then pray in it as a congregation, call the adhan and iqamah in it, and appoint an imam for it if an imam is available. Otherwise, let one of the upright people present who are qualified for the imamate pray with them. Let the best and most excellent among them pray with them if it does not have a regular imam. And let one of them who is available call the adhan in it if it does not have a regular mu'adhdhin.
So the result is that the corner is like a small mosque. They call small mosques corners in many countries. These corners, which are small mosques, are prayed in when there is a need for them. If the neighborhood and district have larger and wider mosques, then pray with the large congregation and leave these corners, if there are large mosques that suffice for them. But if the need calls for them, then pray in them, and praise be to Allah. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
