Parts of camel meat that do not invalidate the ablution

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: Also, regarding camel meat, there is another question: Are the prayers of those who do not perform ablution after eating camel meat invalid or not? We seek your guidance, may Allah reward you.
The Shaykh: Similarly, it was previously asked about the other parts of the camel that do not invalidate the ablution, such as the stomach, intestines, and the like. The well-known view in the school of Ahmad and a group of scholars is that one does not perform ablution from these; rather, one performs ablution from the meat. This is because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Perform ablution after (eating) camel meatتوضئوا من لحوم الإبل
Sunan Ibn Majah 497Da'if (Darussalam)
The stomach is not called meat by the Arabs, nor are the intestines called meat, nor the liver, spleen, and the like. Rather, it is the known meats, the known flesh. Therefore, the scholars said: One performs ablution from the flesh, from the meat, but not from the stomach, intestines, and the like. This is the well-known view among the scholars who hold that eating camel meat invalidates the ablution.
A group of scholars said: The stomach and the like are included with it, and they are all attached to the meat. This is because when Allah forbade the pig, He forbade its meat, its fat, and everything. They said: Therefore, this is attached to the meat. The first opinion is more apparent from the perspective of linking the ruling to the meat...
Perform ablution after (eating) camel meatتوضئوا من لحوم الإبل
Sunan Ibn Majah 497Da'if (Darussalam)
As for the pig, Allah has forbidden it entirely, so there is no need to look into its details; rather, it is all forbidden. As for this, it is a matter related to acts of worship, and the meat and its accessories are not impure. Rather, Allah has made its meat permissible for us. However, Allah linked the ablution to the meat specifically, not the rest. Therefore, there is no harm in excluding from it what is not called meat by the Arabs.
If a person performs ablution from the remaining parts of the camel, such as the stomach... and the intestines, like the ear or the tongue, if he performs ablution from them, it is good from the perspective of precaution, from the perspective of avoiding scholarly disagreement, and from the perspective of being cautious. This is because these are accessories to the meats, not meats that are accessories. This is good from the perspective of precaution. As for the ablution that is undoubtedly obligatory, it is when one eats from the meat.
