The ruling on a woman using nail polish that is applied to the nails

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Is there any sin in a woman using nail polish that is applied to the nails?
Answer: We know of nothing regarding this, but leaving it off is better; because there is no need for it; and because it may prevent the woman from performing the lawful ablution, as she may forget or be unaware. So the result is that leaving it off is better, and contenting oneself with henna, which the predecessors used, is better. If there is a need for it, or if she uses it, then she must remove it when performing ablution. She should apply it during the time of her custom, such as during menstruation or post-natal bleeding, or at other times, but she must remove it when performing ablution; because, as far as we know, it has a substance and prevents water from reaching the skin; because it has a body. So it is obligatory for the woman to remove it when performing ablution. If she applies it during a state of purity, there is no harm. Yes.
