The ruling on a woman praying in the bathroom without covering herself with the prescribed Islamic hijab

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
This is a message received by the program from Libya, sent by one of the listening brothers there, saying: (K. G. G) from Benghazi, asks first and says: What is the ruling on a woman who prayed in the bathroom for an excuse, such as: travel or being far from the city, and she was not wearing the prescribed Islamic hijab?
Answer: If she has no one from the people with her, there is nothing wrong with it. The prescribed Islamic hijab is only obligatory in the presence of a non-mahram. So if she prays in the desert, or in her house, or on the roof of her house, or in the courtyard of her house, and she has no non-mahram with her, there is nothing wrong with her uncovering her face and praying with her face uncovered. However, she must, no matter what, cover her hair and her entire body in the desert and outside the desert, even if she has no one with her in her house. She must cover her entire body, from her hair to the rest of her body and her feet, so that she is covered with the prescribed Islamic hijab. This is based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Allah does not accept the prayer of a woman who menstruates (i.e., an adult woman) except with a head cover.لا يقبل الله صلاة حائض إلا بخمار
Sunan Ibn Majah 655Sahih (Darussalam)
, so it is necessary to cover her hair if she is a mature girl. As for the face, there is nothing wrong with uncovering it. The recommended practice is to uncover it in prayer if she has no non-mahrams with her, no non-mahram man for whom it is forbidden for her to uncover her face, such as her husband's brother, or her paternal cousin, or her sister's husband. These are non-mahrams, meaning: she does not uncover her face to them, even if they are close to her through marriage or the like. However, in the ruling of the Shari'ah, they are considered non-mahrams, called non-mahrams, because they are not mahrams. Likewise, it is sufficient for her to cover them, and it is better in prayer. If she prays with them uncovered, there is nothing wrong with that according to the correct opinion, like the face. However, covering them is better. As for the feet, it is obligatory to cover them according to the majority of scholars, with socks or with thick clothes. The woman should make her clothes cover them, or with socks in which they are covered. All of this is sufficient. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you. So, the mother, when she is with her children and her husband in her house, is this not obligatory for her, or is it obligatory, but if she prays, is the prayer valid?
The Shaykh: Her prayer is valid, but on the condition that the 'awrah is covered, from the head, chest, abdomen, legs, and the like, and the feet, so that there is no violation of the Shari'ah. As for the face and the palms, as mentioned earlier, it is not obligatory to cover them except in the presence of a non-mahram, whether she is in the desert or in the house.
The presenter: As for the feet, the feet .... ?
The Shaykh: It is obligatory to cover them according to the majority of scholars. Yes.
The presenter: Whether in the presence of mahrams or others, or ....
The Shaykh: Yes .. Yes, absolutely, they are covered in prayer with socks or with thick, long garments. Yes.
The presenter: And if she prays in a manner other than this?
The Shaykh: She repeats it, she repeats the prayer.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
