Explaining how to respond to the disbelievers' question of who created Allah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
We inform you that some of the students sent abroad were once asked about their condition, and he said: "Praise be to Allah, we have no problem except for the questions we face from the disbelievers. Among these is their saying: 'Allah is the One who created everything, so who created Allah?' What should we answer them, and what do you advise this student to do?"

Answer:
This has occurred for a long time, since the time of the Companions. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said about Allah: :
Your Ummah will ask questions, and they will say: "This is Allah who created everything, so who created Allah?"إن أمتك سوف يتساءلون، فيقولون: هذا الله خلق كل شيء، فمن خلق الله؟!
In another wording, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
It will occur among the Ummah that some will ask questions, and they will say: "This is Allah who created everything, He created such and such, and He created such and such, so who created Allah?" So whoever finds that, let him seek refuge in Allah and let him stop.إنه سيقع من الأمة من يتساءلون، فيقولون: هذا الله خلق كل شيء، خلق كذا، وخلق كذا، فمن خلق الله؟ فمن وجد ذلك؛ فليستعذ بالله، ولينته
And in a narration:
Whoever finds that, let him say: "I believe in Allah and His messengers."من وجد ذلك؛ فليقل آمنت بالله، ورسله
This has occurred since the time of the Companions, until Abu Hurayrah said: "I was in part of the mosque when a questioner asked me about that, so I said: The Messenger of Allah spoke the truth, the Messenger of Allah spoke the truth."
The intended meaning: People may fall into this malicious questioning. The obligatory response for the one asked is to say: "I believe in Allah and His messengers. I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan." And he should stop there, for Allah is the Creator of all things. He is the Great Creator, and everything other than Him is created. This question is invalid; Shaytan prompted it. Therefore, the one asked about this must say: "I believe in Allah and His messengers. I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan." This is how the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) taught the Ummah to respond when asked such a question.
