The ruling on one who performed Hajj and did not perform the farewell tawaf

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is your opinion, Your Eminence, regarding one who performed the obligatory Hajj but did not perform the farewell tawaf, and this was last year?

Answer:
The one who performed Hajj and did not perform the farewell tawaf must sacrifice a sacrificial animal in Mecca for the poor; because the farewell tawaf is obligatory for Hajj, so if he neglected it and did not perform it, and then traveled, he must sacrifice a sheep, or a seventh of a camel, or a cow in Mecca, to be distributed among the poor there.
