The Ruling on Marriage at a Young Age

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
We are in a village where we get married while we are young, and sometimes the one who gets married is fourteen or thirteen years old. Is this permissible?

Answer: There is nothing wrong with it if marriage is feasible for you. There is nothing wrong with it.

Question: But when does a man reach puberty?

Answer: He reaches puberty by one of three things: either by completing fifteen years of age, or by ejaculation due to desire, whether from a wet dream or not, or by the growth of hair—the coarse hair known around the private parts. If any of these three occurs, he becomes a pubescent man. A woman is like him, with the addition of a fourth thing, which is menstruation. If she menstruates, she also becomes pubescent, along with these three things. Yes.
