How to Call Non-Muslim Workers to Islam

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Whoever looks at your noble efforts cannot help but say: May Allah reward you with the best reward. You and all the scholars who have devoted themselves to knowledge and teaching it. You know, may your excellence be honored, that our country imports workers of all nationalities to work for us, and you know that many of them do not follow the religion of Islam. My question now is: What have we planned for these people in terms of advice, calling to Islam, and guidance?
In response to this question, a suggestion comes to my mind that should be put into action—and Allah knows that I am advising you—what if we imported translators for all the languages present among us—I mean the workers who work for us—and brought in translators to translate for them, and our scholars gave lectures and explained Islam at their locations? Many of these people know nothing about Islam except its name. Why not take advantage of this situation?
If it is necessary to import these polytheists, or people of different religions, there must be an effort on our part to call these people to Islam, for if Allah guides one man through you, it is better for you than red camels.

Answer:
This is the reality, O questioner, and—by the praise of Allah—we have prepared what is necessary for this, we have emphasized the role of the callers to Islam, and we have established a program throughout the Kingdom to call them and guide them to good through translators, and translated books are also distributed among them.
And we ask Allah to help us with perfection and completeness, and to make this beneficial, and to guide all Muslims and non-Muslims to enter into the truth and remain firm upon it.
