For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the expulsion of the polytheists from it and recommended this at his death, that they be expelled from this Peninsula, whether they are Jews, Christians, pagans, or communists... all types of disbelievers must be expelled from this Peninsula, and no one but a Muslim should remain in it. He prohibited two religions from coexisting in it, so it is not permissible for any religion other than Islam to remain in this Peninsula, neither among the workers nor the residents. Rather, they must be expelled, except for those who enter it for a temporary need, such as a postal worker or a merchant who sells his needs and departs, and the like, on a temporary basis for a few days.
So, it is incumbent upon establishments, companies, individuals, and the state, may Allah guide it, to pay attention to this matter and to restrain people and prevent the importation of disbelievers except in cases of extreme necessity for the benefit of Muslims, regarding the state, if some disbelievers are needed for the benefit of Muslims and no one else is available to perform their work.
As for the general public, it is obligatory to prevent them from importing disbelievers and that they should not import anyone but Muslims for construction work and other jobs. This is the obligation of all Muslims, and that they act upon what their Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recommended, which is the expulsion of disbelievers from this Peninsula and not importing them into it, due to the great harms and many dangers in their mixing with Muslims.
We ask Allah to guide Muslims to what pleases Him, and to guide the state to implement the commands of Allah and His Messenger in everything, and to assist it in doing so. Indeed, He is the best of those asked.
