Staying up late and missing the Fajr prayer.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I sleep late at night and set my alarm for the Fajr adhan, but sometimes I do not wake up until an hour after the prayer. Is this a sin, and what must I do?

Answer:
Answer: If you stay up late and do not sleep until the end of the night, you are sinful, my brother. Sleep and take your share of sleep so that you can get up for the Fajr prayer. However, if you have taken your share of sleep at night, but your sleep is heavy and the alarm did not wake you, and this is not a regular habit but only happens sometimes, then you are excused in this. The pen was lifted from three people, among them: the sleeper until he wakes up. If you are the cause of not getting up for the Fajr prayer, you are sinful and doing so is forbidden. But if you are not the cause of that, you are not sinful.
