The ruling on the money of cafes that serve shisha and tobacco

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: My friend owns a coffee shop cafe, and it serves shisha to the young men and patrons. What is the ruling on the money that comes in from this aspect of this cafe?

Answer:
This is mixed money. If it contains permissible things and forbidden things, then what comes in from it is mixed money from the lawful and the forbidden. However, if it is dedicated to shisha and tobacco and the like of forbidden things, then all of its income is forbidden. The Muslim should fear Allah and purify his food. Allah the Exalted said: (O you who believe, eat from the good things We have provided for you and be grateful to Allah if it is Him you worship). Eating forbidden food is a cause for the rejection of supplication, as mentioned in the hadith. So the Muslim should choose good, lawful earnings, because it nourishes him with good nourishment, helps him in the obedience of Allah, and brings him good and blessing.
