Question:
What is the ruling on the urine of a small infant in the months of infancy if it falls on my prayer garment?

Answer:
Answer: Urine is ritually impure, whether from an adult or a child. However, for a young boy who has not yet started eating food, it is sufficient to sprinkle water on it. As for a young girl, it must be washed, just like the urine of an adult woman, based on the hadith: “Sprinkle water on the urine of a boy, and wash the urine of a girl.”
