The ruling on praying in a garment that has the urine of a child who has not yet started eating food

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q112: The questioner says: A child’s urine fell on my clothes—may Allah reward you—this child has not yet started eating food, so I prayed in it for several times due to my ignorance?
A112: The prayer is valid due to ignorance, but the urine must be washed, even if it is from a child. However, for a male child who has not yet started eating food, it is sufficient to sprinkle it with water. As for a female child, even if she is young, her ruling is the same as that of an adult; it must be washed thoroughly. This is based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
It is only the urine of a female which should be washed; the urine of a male should be sprinkled over.يغسل من بول الجارية، ويرش من بول الغلام
