Guiding the Youth and Warning Them Against Being Deceived by Some Groups

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Some of the youth may be deceived by the flashy slogans of these corrupt groups, and they may rush to join them and rebel against the rulers, harboring hostility toward them. What is your guidance regarding this?

Answer:
Answer: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) warned against those who are described in this manner, and the leaders of Islam have warned against them as well. It is obligatory to advise those who accept advice among them. As for those who do not accept advice, the ruler must restrain their harm from the Muslims by taking deterrent measures against them and their like. The religion must be protected, and the lands of the Muslims must be protected. All Muslims are security personnel, and all are responsible for protecting this religion, the lands of the Muslims, and their sanctities. Therefore, it is not permissible to remain silent about these people, or for some to praise them and speak well of them. This is a matter of ignorance or of participating with them. Whoever praises them, speaks well of them, or justifies their actions, his ruling is the same as theirs.
