The Ruling on Fasting the Days of Tashriq

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q535: The questioner asks: What is the ruling on fasting on the days of Tashreeq?
A530: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade fasting on the days of Tashreeq, except for one who has a hady for Tamattu' or Qiran. So the pilgrim who owes a fidyah for Tamattu' or Qiran, if
he cannot afford it, he fasts on the days of Tashreeq. If the days before the Day of 'Arafah have passed and he did not fast in them, and the days of Tashreeq remain, he fasts in them; based on the statement of 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her):
Nobody was allowed to fast on the days of Tashriq except those who could not afford the Hadi (Sacrifice).لم يُرخص في أيام التشريق أن يُصمن إلاَّ لمن لم يجد الهدي
