Wiping the urine of a boy who has not yet eaten food

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 627 )
Q1: When a woman gives birth to a child, whether a boy or a girl, and during its upbringing it is constantly with her, sitting on her lap, and it may urinate on her clothes, what is obligatory for her to do in that situation? Is there a specific ruling for the boy and a specific ruling for the girl, from birth until two years of age or more? The question concerns the aspect of ritual purity and prayer, and the aspect of hardship in
changing the clothes every time

Q1:Praise be to Allah alone, and may peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. After that:The urine of a boy is sprinkled with water as long as he has not started eating food; once he has started eating, it must be washed. As for a girl, her urine must be washed in all cases, whether she has started eating or not. The basis for this is what was narrated byal-Bukhariand Muslimand Abu Dawudand others, and the wordingis that of Abu Dawud; thus, Abu Dawudnarratedin his Sunan through his chain from
Umm Qais daughter of Mihsan told how she brought a young son of hers who was not yet weaned to God’s messenger. He set him on his lap, and the child passed water on his garment; so he called for water and sprinkled it, but did not wash it. (Bukhari and Muslim.)
Mishkat al-Masabih 497
. And Abu DawudAbu Dawudand Ibn Majahfrom him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
It is only the urine of a female which should be washed; the urine of a male should be sprinkled over.يغسل من بول الجارية، ويرش من بول الغلام
Sunan Abi Dawud 376Sahih (Al-Albani)
. And in another narrationfor Abu Dawud
The urine of a female (child) should be washed and the urine of a male (child) should be sprinkled over until the age of eating.يغسل من بول الجارية، وينضح من بول الغلام ما لم يطعم
Sunan Abi Dawud 377Sahih Mauquf (Al-Albani)
.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
