Circumambulation of Farewell Before Stoning the Pillars

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 20810 )
Q1: A pilgrim performed the farewell tawaf on the twelfth day, then went to Mina and stoned the pillars. Is his tawaf valid, given that he performed it?
before stoning the pillars? What is required of this man, who is from Jeddah ?

A1 : One who performs the Farewell Tawaf before stoning the pillars does not have a valid tawaf, because the Farewell Tawaf must be the last of the acts of Hajj. Since he traveled before repeating his Farewell Tawaf after the stoning, he must slaughter a fidyah in Makkah and distribute it to the poor of the Haram, and he must not eat any of it. Only what is acceptable as an udhiyah is acceptable for this fidyah. If he is unable to do so, he must fast for ten days.
