A1: The day begins for Muslims with the appearance of the second Fajr. Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Baqarah 2:187] up to His saying: [Al-Baqarah 2:187] , and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih al-Bukhari 622, 623 .

A1: The day begins for Muslims with the appearance of the second Fajr. Allah the Exalted said:
It has been made permissible for you the night preceding fasting to go to your wives
أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ لَيْلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ إِلَى نِسَائِكُمْSo now, have relations with them and seek that which Allah has decreed for you. And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]. Then complete the fast until the sunset.
فَالآنَ بَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَابْتَغُوا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِNarrated `Aisha: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Bilal pronounces the Adhan at night, so eat and drink (Suhur) till Ibn Um Maktum pronounces the Adhan."
إن بلالاً يؤذن بليل فكلوا واشربوا حتى يؤذن ابن أم مكتوم
