Eating after the Fajr adhan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q3: Some people say: It is permissible for you in the Fajr of Ramadan to eat and drink, even if the mu'adhdhin has called the adhan, and even if you have prayed Fajr and left the mosque; it is permissible for you to eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct from the black thread of night.
A3: Abstaining from eating, drinking, and other things that break the fast is obligatory as soon as the second dawn appears, which is called: the true dawn. By this is meant: the horizontal whiteness that appears on the horizon in the direction of the east. So the white thread mentioned in the verse is the whiteness of the day, and the black thread is the darkness of the night. And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said, explaining the time for abstaining from consuming things that break the fast:
Bilal calls for prayer when it is still night, so eat and drink till Ibn Umm Maktum calls for prayer." And he (Ibn Umm Maktum) was a blind man who did not call for a prayer until he was told: "It is morning time, it is morning time."إن بلالاً يؤذن بليل فكلوا واشربوا حتى ينادي ابن أم مكتوم وكان رجلاً أعمى ، لا ينادي حتى يقال له : أصبحت أصبحت
Bulugh al-Maram 2:51
. Agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim. And whoever consumes something that breaks the fast, whether by eating, drinking, or otherwise, after the appearance of the second dawn, intentionally, his fast is invalid, and it becomes obligatory for him to make it up.
