If one delays making up fasts for an excuse, he owes nothing except making them up

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 18252 )
Q3: What is the ruling on a woman who broke her fast in Ramadan for a valid religious excuse, then Ramadan of the new year came and she was unable to make up the first fasts , and she broke the second Ramadan due to severe illness, and after Allah granted her recovery, she began making up the first fasts and buying bread to divide among the neighbors? Does this fasting suffice?
A3: If she delayed making up the fasts until Ramadan came because of the excuse, then she owes only making them up, and she does not owe feeding. But if she delayed making up the fasts for other than a valid religious excuse, then she owes making them up and feeding one poor person for each day half a sa' of the staple food of the land, which is 1.5 kilograms by weight, along with repentance to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
