If you delay making up the fast until after another Ramadan, you must feed people in addition to making up the fast

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 16126 )
Q2: When I was 14 years old, my menstruation started, and I did not inform my family. During Ramadan, I broke my fast for five days and did not make them up. I did the same for three years. When I got married, I made up those days but did not pay the expiation. Do I have to pay the expiation ?
A2: It is obligatory for a woman who has reached the age of menstruation to fast Ramadan. The questioner’s failure to make up the days she broke due to menstruation was a mistake, and she must repent for that. If she has made up the days she broke, she is still required to feed one poor person half a sa' (a dry measure of about 3 kg) of food for each day, which is one and a half kilograms by weight. This is because she delayed making up the fast until the second Ramadan without an excuse. There is no harm in paying the entire expiation to one poor person or to several. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
