The time for slaughtering the udhiyah and hady

Fatwa number ( 19449 )
Q: I ask you to issue a ruling regarding a man who prayed in the mosque of 'Amr and slaughtered behind 'Amr , but he resides in another neighborhood
where there is, for example, an imam in the mosque of 'Uqba , and the imam of 'Uqba was delayed; that is, he slaughtered before the imam of 'Uqba. They say this means he only gets the meat, or does he get the reward of the udhiyah? May Allah guide you and me to righteousness and piety. Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
A: The time for slaughtering the udhiyah and hady is after the completion of the 'Id al-Adha prayer in the town. If the prayer is performed in multiple places in the town, it is based on the earliest prayer; because the ruling is tied to the performance and completion of the prayer, not to the time. Accordingly, if you prayed the 'Id prayer in a neighborhood other than the one you live in, and you slaughtered your udhiyah before the people of your neighborhood prayed, it is permissible, your udhiyah is sufficient for you, and you owe nothing for that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
