If the father is with his children in adjacent dwellings, is one sacrifice sufficient for them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 19618 )
Q2: We are four people, and we have a father, and we live next to each other. Each person lives in a house, knowing that these four houses share one wall, meaning in the middle of this wall. So, is one sacrifice sufficient for all the houses, or does each house have to sacrifice? Please give me a ruling, may Allah reward you with good.
A2: It is recommended for the owner of each house to sacrifice for himself and for those in his house, and one sacrifice is not sufficient for multiple houses, even if they are within one enclosure. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
