Fatwa number ( 20379 )
Q: A man took a Hajj for a small amount of money on the condition that he fast three days during the Hajj and seven days when he returned , and upon his return he fasted four days, leaving three days, and several years have passed. What is required of him regarding the remaining days? Please inform us.
A: The person mentioned must complete the fasting of the remaining days for the blood of Tamattu' in the Hajj, which is: three days; because it is a debt upon him, so he should fear Allah and complete the work he committed to. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
