Breaking ritual purity after tawaf

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 21877 )
Q1: I performed Hajj this year, praise be to Allah. During the tawaf of ifadah, we completed three circuits. At the beginning of the fourth circuit, I felt something come down. At first, I thought it was blood, but then I went to the restroom and found out it was just water. I did not renew my ablution, then I repeated the fourth circuit and completed it. Then I performed sa'y. What must I do? Is my Hajj invalid, or do I owe a sacrificial animal or must I repeat the tawaf? I was ignorant of this, and it was not my intention.
A1: It is obligatory for you to return to Makkah and perform the tawaf of ifadah, because the first tawaf was invalid due to the lack of ritual purity. You must perform sa'y after it if you were performing tamattu', ifrad, or qiran, and had not performed sa'y after the tawaf of arrival. When you leave, you must perform the farewell tawaf if you are staying in Makkah . If intercourse occurred during this time,
you owe a fidyah, which is slaughtering a sheep that is acceptable for the 'Id sacrifice. You slaughter it in Makkah and distribute it to the poor of the Haram.
