One Who Circumambulated Without Ritual Purity

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 17713 )
Q1: By the grace of Allah, I went to perform the obligatory Hajj, and we arrived on the 2nd of Dhu al-Hijjah to perform 'Umrah at 2:00 AM. Since we were on a bus trip, we were exhausted. I entered the Makkah Haram while in a state of ihram, but I remembered that I was not in a state of wudu' and did not know the way to the restrooms.
So I went to the containers filled with water inside the Haram and performed wudu', but I wiped my arms instead of washing them because there were many non-Muslims present, and I did not expose my 'awrah since I am wearing a niqab. Then I went to perform 'Umrah and exited the state of ihram by cutting my hair only from the sides of my ears. Is the 'Umrah valid, and what must I do if it was incorrect? Please note that the Hajj was Hajj Tamattu'.

A1: Your 'Umrah is not valid because you circumambulated while not in a state of ritual purity. Since you entered the state of ihram for Hajj before performing 'Umrah correctly, you have become a Qarin. If you have completed all the acts of Hajj, then your Hajj and 'Umrah are valid as Qiran, and you owe nothing due to ignorance of the legal ruling regarding shortening your hair before the tawaf and sa'y. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
