The fourth question of the fatwa number ( 19604 )
Q4: A man in ihram for 'Umrah, and before I entered the Haram, I entered the restroom and, by mistake, I placed the ihram on my head for a short time, then I remembered it afterwards and removed it. The question: Do I owe anything?
A4 : If a person in ihram does one of the prohibitions of ihram by forgetting, then it is obligatory for him to stop doing it as soon as he remembers, and there is no sin on him and no expiation; because Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Baqarah 2:286] Allah said: , as that is authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and it was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: Sunan ad-Daraqutni 23:30 And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.
رَبَّنَا لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَاHe has done so
قد فعلتMy nation has been excused for error, forgetfulness, and what they were forced to do
عفي لأمتي عن الخطأ والنسيان وما استكرهوا عليه
