Staying overnight in Mina on the nights of the days of Tashriq

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q3: On the first night of the nights of staying overnight in Mina , my father and my brothers slept after the 'Isha' prayer in the house where we live in Makkah . I tried to wake them, but they did not wake up quickly. After they woke up, we ate dinner, then we went for the Tawaf al-Ifadah at eleven o'clock at night, and we finished it at one o'clock in the morning. Then we left the Haram and left my brother on the pretext that he would bring water from Zamzam, but he went to smoke. So we waited for him in the expansion of the Haram , my wife and I, until two o'clock in the morning. Then we went to look for him and found him at the door of the house, and it was two and a half o'clock in the morning. Then we took him and went to Mina , and the road was crowded with cars, so we could not enter Mina until four and a quarter o'clock in the morning. We stayed there sitting and did not sleep until five o'clock
except ten minutes, then our father ordered us to go to our house in Makkah . Does this count as staying overnight in Mina , and is it obligatory for us to sacrifice an animal for our delay in entering Mina ?

Vol. 3 : Staying overnight in Mina during the nights of the days of Tashriq is an obligatory duty of Hajj, and it is not permissible to leave it except for those who have valid excuses. The minimum stay that suffices is until the middle of the night. Whoever leaves it without an excuse must offer a sacrificial animal, and whoever arrives after the middle of the night and remains there until the dawn breaks, that suffices for him.
