Leaving the overnight stay in Mina on the nights of the days of Tashriq

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 20154 )
Q: I am a disabled man, and I have performed Hajj and appointed a person for two hundred (200) riyals to stone the pillars on my behalf during the three days of Tashriq. On the first day of Tashriq, I performed the circumambulation and the sa'y, and I left at the end of the first day of Tashriq after the Maghrib prayer, following the circumambulation and sa'y. Do I owe anything? Please inform me, may Allah reward you with good.
A : You did wrong in leaving the overnight stay in Mina on the nights of the days of Tashriq, and likewise in leaving the farewell circumambulation; because the circumambulation you performed on the first day of Tashriq is not counted, as it occurred before the completion of the acts of Hajj, which are the stoning and the overnight stay in Mina . All of this is among the obligatory acts of Hajj. Therefore, you must repent and seek forgiveness for what came from you, and it is obligatory for you to make up for the deficiency and error that occurred in your Hajj by slaughtering two heads of sheep, each of which is sufficient as a sacrifice, in Makkah , and distributing them among the poor of the Haram. If you are unable to do so, you must fast ten days for each slaughtered animal.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
