Q: The one who combines 'Umrah with Hajj who is unable to offer a sacrifice or fast during Hajj , can he combine fasting for three days and seven days if he returns to his home?
A: If the one who combines 'Umrah with Hajj is unable to slaughter the sacrificial animal and is unable to fast during the days of Hajj, he should fast when he is able, even if it is after he returns to his country.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
